The Small Biz Staff Health Program is a 12 month health program, delivered onsite. The cost of the program is only $275* per participating staff member. The program offers:
- LifeCheck Health and Fitness Assessment
- Company health pack - includes promotional and educational material and a water bottle for all participants
- Personalised follow up phone call - 4-6 weeks post-assessment
- Individualised coaching session
- Two 1 hour seminars/workshops
- Access to the Online Wellness Centre
- Group activity sessions - self directed, but planned by FitSense
- Bi-monthly Wellness Newsletters
- Company website with online booking system for easy administration
- Company health report (if more than 15 staff participate)
