  • The philosophy that 'We don't sell health checks, we let clients buy them'. This means we don't have the cost of a sales team out there conducting cold calls and hassling you with the hard sale. Instead we make all information freely available on our website, including our prices, so potential clients can gather the information they need and contact us if they feel we can assist them in improving staff health. This soft approach to sales means we can focus on client support and program coordination and not on pushing sales.
  • FitSense Australia is centrally run, with only one office, located in Canberra. All program management and client support is run out of our office allowing us to minimise property costs and ensuring our program management team are the central contact for all clients. We couple this with health professionals based in 8 locations around Australia who deliver our health checks locally.
  • We reduce the need for labour intensive activities by having well established systems in place to manage programs. This ensures all programs run smoothly and in a timely manner without the need for time intensive and costly processes. Our streamlined office systems allow us to make your program affordable and ensures we provide a high quality service to your staff.
  • We don't pay large salaries to executive staff and board members like many of our competitors.
  • Our staff are conscious of running a 'lean' organisation so we can pass these savings onto our clients. That means no business class flights, no five star accommodation, no excess costs and no wasted resources.
  • We don't have a large number of casual staff who are used in our service delivery. We are a small team, that employees a core team of health professionals and program managers. This minimises our cost of continually recruiting new casual staff and ensures a greater quality and standard of service delivery.

However, just because FitSense Australia is focused on running a lean business, doesn't mean we reduce our quality. Service quality is our number one focus. FitSense Australia is accredited by the Quality Improvement Council, and is a member of the Health and Productivity Institute of Australia. All our staff are also health professionals who are all tertiary qualified and members of their relevant professional bodies.
