FitSense Australia's exercise physiologists assist employees to improve their exercise regimes by developing an individualised training program for them.
This service is ideally suited as being a follow up to a health and fitness assessment, where our staff assist participants to establish their health and fitness goals. The coaching session then advances on this by providing participants with an exercise program tailored to their goals, time availability, exercise preferences and current fitness level.
The coaching session is delivered in a one-on-one, 30 minute session with one of FitSense Australia's exercise physiologists who takes the participant through their personally tailored 4-week exercise program and educates them on implementing a regular exercise program.
